General Industrial Coating

A. Synthetic Enamel Paint
Synthetic enamel paint, made from Alkyd resin, is ideal for both brush and roller applications. It provides a high-gloss finish, long-lasting durability, and corrosion resistance. One of its greatest advantages is versatility, as it can be applied over various types of primers. This paint is specifically designed to withstand mild environmental and industrial condition.
Application Areas
Synthetic enamel paint is perfect for iron and steel surfaces. Before application, sand the surface to remove any rust, dust, dirt, oil, grease, or other contaminants to ensure a smooth, clean Surface.
This paint can also be applied to wooden surfaces. First, clean off dust, cement, or other debris, and ensure the wood is dry and free from moisture. If the surface is uneven, smoothen it with sandpaper before applying the paint.
Synthetic enamel paint can be applied to plastered surfaces, but it is recommended to wait at least six months after plastering before painting. Ensure the surface is clean and dry, fill any holes with putty, and then apply the paint.
Suitable for repainting old surfaces as well. If the old paint is blistered or damaged, remove it before applying the new coat. If the old paint is in good condition, lightly sand the surface and clean it before applying the paint. For the best finish, apply the first coat, allow it to dry, and then apply a second coat If necessary, sanding between coats for a smooth, glossy finish.

B. FD Enamel Paint

C. QD Enamel Paint
QD Enamel is quick drying paint based on thermoplastic acrylic resin. It dries in few minutes. It is a high-quality industrial paint designed for durable and protective coatings. It can adhere wide range of substrates including metal, plastic and cement. QD enamel having excellent Colour, Gloss / Gloss retention and exterior durability characteristics. QD Enamel quick setting viz excellent hardness after 1.0 to 1.30 hrs air drying. They exhibit excellent soap and detergent resistance.
Application Areas
It is ideal for PEB sheds, sheet metal, castings, wood, transport and passenger vehicles, pump & machinery, agricultural equipment, valves, gear units, scaffolding, Metalizing over-lacquers, U V protection and scratch resistance for polycarbonate glazing, electronic housing, paver blocks, etc.

D. Industrial PU Paint
Cost effective PU for general industries made from specialised polymer for fast drying & excellent tack free time. However, fastness to light is not as good as of PU acrylic coatings.
