High Performance Coating for Metal

High Performance Coating for Metal

Our high-performance coatings are specially formulated to provide superior protection in harsh environments. These coatings offer excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting durability.

A. Epoxy Paints

Epoxy paint is a two-part coating made up of an epoxy resin and a hardener. When these two components are mixed together, they chemically react to form a strong, durable finish that is resistant to chemicals, abrasions, and stains. Epoxy paint is used in a variety of applications, including flooring, walls, and metal surfaces. It is much stronger and more durable than traditional paints. It is also resistant to a wide range of chemicals and stains, making it ideal for industrial and commercial applications. Epoxy paint is also easy to clean and maintain, as it does not absorb liquids like traditional paints.

Application Areas

It is recommended on M.S. surface for original equipment manufacturing as well as for process industry as in various fertilizer, refineries, petrochemical, chemical and other plants, applied in diverse areas of tank exteriors, equipment, pipelines, structural steel, etc. Not to be used for immersion application. Product is also recommended for application over suitable primer for OEM industry like machine tools, pumps, machineries, transformers etc.

B. PU Paints

PU(Polyurethane) is a reaction polymer of a polyol resin and an isocyanate hardener. PU paint provides durability, resistance to chemicals, water, abrasion, and temperature, as well as an attractive glossy finish. PU offers a tough and durable coating that is highly resistant to extremes of weather – intense sun, wind and precipitation. The polyurethane also allows the paint to be formulated to higher gloss levels, offering a beautiful and consistent finish. The higher gloss level also allows improved “self-cleaning” – that is, dirt and dust washes off during rain, and residual dirt can be easily removed by detergent and water. Graffiti can also be removed from the smooth surface using proprietary cleaning agents. Therefore, a polyurethane based paint is generally the best option for the long-term protection and decoration of a wide range of substrates. Usually, it applied over primer and intermediate coats.

Application Areas

Polyurethane coatings have been used as the finish coat in industries such as: Automotive and commercial transport vehicles, Chemical Plants, Off-shore & On-shore industries, Power Plants, Petro chemicals & Pharmaceutical Complexes, Cement & Steel Plants, Smelters, accommodation modules, pipeline externals, retail and commercial architectural and structural steelwork, panelling, furniture, Infrastructure Projects including bridges and tunnels, bulk storage tank externals and also for premium OEM equipment.
